The roof has been treated in the last two years and will need it again in 2013.

Roof Leak Repair West Linn Oregon

There is not many things more disturbing than a leaking roof. As a home owner, a leak left unchecked or undetected can cause real and substantial damage to your investment. Finding an experianced roof repair company that will take time to track down the leak and fix it right is essential. This week we are repairing a leak on a single story home with an archictecural compositon shingle roof. The leak is showing up between the gutter and the facial board. The home owner has tried many times and had other roofers out to look at the problem with no success. Upon inspection, over the leaking area there are mounts that support a aluminum awning cover. The mounts are not flashed correctly but have been sealed with roof tar. The fix for this problem is to install diverter flashing uphill of each of the eleven awning mounts so that water will go around the mounts. Problem solved in an affordable manner.
